Review & referral systems
A review system asks every happy customer for a review automatically, at the moment they are most likely to leave one. A referral system gives those same customers a simple way to send you their friends and colleagues. Together they turn finished jobs into rankings, trust and new business.

What we set up
What’s included.Taught to you, or done for you.
Reviews feed nearly everything else: map pack rankings, AI recommendations, ad performance and the decision a new customer makes on your profile. Most businesses earn them and never ask. We set up the timing, the messages and the routine — and a referral path — so every good job gets the chance to bring in the next one.
- 01
Automatic review requests
A text and email sent after each completed job, with a direct link to your review page.
- 02
Timing and reminders
Requests sent at the right moment, with a polite reminder for anyone who hasn’t responded.
- 03
Response routine
Templates and a weekly habit for replying to every review, good or bad.
- 04
Feedback loop
A way for unhappy customers to reach you directly, so problems get fixed before they become a public review.
- 05
Referral path
A simple, trackable way for customers to introduce friends and colleagues, with thank-yous that go out automatically.
- 06
Repeat-business reminders
Service reminders and check-ins that bring past customers back.
Signs you need this
- Competitors have more reviews even though you’ve done more jobs.
- Your team asks for reviews only when they remember.
- Reviews go unanswered.
- You get referrals, but have no idea who sent them or how to get more.
How we build it
Five stages.One system you keep.
Every service follows the same arc as the incubator itself — so you understand what was built and your team can run it long after we step back.
- 01
Diagnose
We analyze the company’s current growth infrastructure — what exists, what’s connected, and where demand is lost.
- 02
Design
We build a personalized System Scale roadmap, sequenced around the gaps that matter most.
- 03
Build
We set up the systems alongside the business and teach the team how to run them.
- 04
Optimize
We analyze what’s working and improve it, using the business’s own data.
- 05
Own
The business leaves with infrastructure it owns and understands.

How do I get more Google reviews?
Ask every customer, every time, at the right moment — usually right after the job is finished — and make it one tap with a direct link. Automating the request and a single reminder is what turns occasional reviews into a steady flow.
Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Yes. Asking for honest reviews is fine. What Google’s policies prohibit is paying or rewarding people for reviews, and only asking customers you expect to be positive (review gating). We set up requests that go to every customer.
Do reviews help with AI search?
Yes. AI assistants and Google’s map results both lean on reviews as a trust signal. A steady flow of recent reviews that mention your services and area helps with both.
